A safe and confidential place for healing and transformation
Life can feel overwhelming at times. It's natural to feel stuck, confused, or unsure about how to move forward. Taking the first step to seek support can be daunting but it also shows incredible courage.
MSGcounselling service is dedicated to provide a safe and effective counselling service that is grounded in compassion to individuals from all backgrounds.Whether you are looking at short term support or long term therapy, having a dedicated space to explore your experiences helps you to feel less alone and more equipped to face life's challenges.
Being a Person centred Therapist, I see therapy as a deeply relationship driven process and I believe that a trusting therapeutic alliance between therapist and client creates the foundation for real transformation and growth.
I am a BACP‑registered counsellor with 900+ hours of supervised practice, providing in‑person, online, and telephone sessions UK‑wide.Through my work with a national health service provider and with survivors of domestic violence, I have gained deep knowledge and experience in working with complex grief, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Being born and raised in India and settling in the UK as an adult, I have experienced significant change, adaptation, and integration that deeply informs my practice. I work with adult individuals (18+) and offer sessions in English, Urdu, Bengali, and Hindi. Through our collaborative therapeutic relationship, we can address various challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, cultural challenges, and low self-esteem. All sessions are confidential and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Counselling gives you a space where you can speak openly, be heard, and feel supported without judgement. Together, from your frame of reference, we explore what’s happening in your life, what feels painful or overwhelming, and what you might need.
This process can help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and better able to navigate challenges. Person-centred approach is non-directive which means you decide what feels important to explore and at your pace.

What My Clients Say
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help us both decide if we might work well together. During this call, you can share what brings you to counselling, ask any questions you have about the process, and get a sense of how I work. This informal conversation helps ensure you feel comfortable moving forward and allows me to understand if I'm the right counsellor to support you on your journey. There's no obligation to proceed after our initial chat.
“Therapy should not be theory driven but relationship driven”

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination."
– Carl Roger
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques where helpful, which can offer valuable insights into how different parts of ourselves respond to life's challenges.
